The Messerschmitt 109 was one of the most famous fighters in WWII, and surely the no 1 in Luftwaffe. It was designed in mid-1930's and became operational in 1937. It was the most built fighter ever, about 33000-36000 was built. The 109G (Gustav) was a direct development of the 109F version, with a more powerful engine. Several G-versions were produced. After the war Messerchmitt 109's were still used even after 1950's.
Only added seat-belts to the cockpit.
This model shows a fighter in IV.Gruppe/ JG 27, early 1945 in Berlin.
